I don't know the answer but just thought I'd let you know I have the same problem but I am barely at the end of my first trimester (will be 14 weeks tomorrow) and still suffering from morning sickness. Even when I'm not nauseous though I'm not hungry but I've heard this will change during the second trimester. I hope so since I worry about my baby getting enough calories/nutrients! I would talk to your doctor about it.

i dont no,,,but im feeling so hungry.............before i missed period,,,,,,,,,i dont no,,that im concieved
no, it isnt. although you dont feel hungry you should still eat something no matter what it is as your baby need nutrients and vitamins from your food.
Babies do not get hungry in the womb if the mother is hungry. The nutrients a fetus receives come from the mother's bloodstream through the placenta, not directly from her stomach. However, the mother's diet during pregnancy can affect the baby's long-term health and development.
