I don't know the answer but just thought I'd let you know I have the same problem but I am barely at the end of my first trimester (will be 14 weeks tomorrow) and still suffering from morning sickness. Even when I'm not nauseous though I'm not hungry but I've heard this will change during the second trimester. I hope so since I worry about my baby getting enough calories/nutrients! I would talk to your doctor about it.
