The .300 H&H Magnum is a cartridge (ammunition). Many rifles have been chambered for this cartridge over the years. I personally have a Remington Model 721 that is chambered for .300 H&H and love it. There are others also and I would suggest just searching a few gun sites to see what is available. There are some single shot bolt actions out there that would probably be the cheapest way to buy a rifle for this cartridge if you are looking to buy one.
