IIRC, Rossi and Winchester. Bullpuckey! The El Tigre rifle was made in Spain in the 1920's and 30's by Sarate Anitua Y Cia of Eibar Espana. At least that's what it says on mine. The manufacturers noted above made more recent copies of the Model 1892. Except for Winchester who made the original Model 1892, the basis for the El Tigre carbine.
