It appears to have identical parts to a Stevens model 22-410. The action break, hammer, reciever all have identical parts aside from the small difference for the over under parts of the hammer area. The forestock is interchangeable except for the width of the groove for the barrel. I would say Stevens was the manufacturer. T.R.G, Utah
