The gun was basically a Stevens 94 as made for Western Auto. They used both snap-on type forearms and screw-on forends. If you need the entire assembly, including the metal, it is going to be expensive unless you can find one maybe on eBay. sales@countrygunsmith.net

Your revelation R310C western auto shotgun is a Mossberg model 500C which was made by Mossberg and Sons for Western Auto.

revelation shotguns were made by savage arms .they were named revelation purposely to be marketed by western auto stores .when western auto stores vanished in the late 70s early 80s so did the revelation shot guns .they were very good and inexpensive guns.

Mossberg....under the model number 500. I have the same 12ga shotgun, I would like to find out what years it was made and the value.
Revelation was a brand name sold by Western Auto. Some may have been manufactured by Remington, but they will not quite be of the qualilty the company would put their own name on.
