Your revelation R310C western auto shotgun is a Mossberg model 500C which was made by Mossberg and Sons for Western Auto.

I can't tell you how old it is, but I can tell you it's a "Savage model 94D" made for Western Auto under the Revelation brand name.
The Revelation 310A was made by Mossburg same as the 500 just go to there website and download the 500 man
