Pam started smoking when she was 10, and wanted to look older. She had emphysema. She was at the top of the list to get a lung transplant. She showed up in 7 anti-smoking ads. The medicine she took bloated her face. At age 31, she died on her driveway, holding the hands of her two young daughters.
