A series of male teen suicide victims in September 2010, who were being bullied because of their homosexuality. Tyler Clementi (after a roommate posted a streaming web video of him in intimate contact with a male friend) was only one of what appears to be an epidemic of suicides by gay teenaged boys. Asher Brown was 13 when he killed himself after coming out to his stepfather as gay. Seth Walsh was another 13-year old who hanged himself after being relentlessly taunted and bullied. Billy Lucas was 15 when he killed himself after what friends call a lifetime of bullying.

The term "September's Children" can refer to those born in September. It may also be used metaphorically to refer to those affected by events that occurred in September, such as the 9/11 attacks in the United States.

That depends on the context. If you are talking about something belonging to September, you use the apostrophe. So you could have something lik "September's last week" or "September's invoice". If it is plural, then there is no apostrophe. For example: "He has lived though ten Septembers".That depends on the context. What is the plural of September?

September is a PROPER noun. This is because it must be capitilized in a sentence. Names, months, holidays, weekdays, cities, and states are all proper nouns. Think of it this way: If you have to capitilize the first letter, its probably a proper noun.
