Frisbie
A Pluto Platter is an early version of the Frisbee that was first introduced by the Wham-O toy company in the 1950s. It was later rebranded as the Frisbee due to its popularity and resemblance to a flying saucer.
There were other disc being manufactured by many different names. Pluto Platter, Mars Platter and Flying Saucer were the names of the first disc manufactured by Wham-O, the company that would eventually call it a Frisbee

Pluto first appeared in The Picnic in 1930. He was originally called Rover.
The character was introduced as an unnamed dog in The Chain Gang in 1930 then called Rover in The Picnic also in 1930 & finally as Pluto in The Moose Hunt in 1931.
A man named Walter Frederick Morrison is the man who conceived the idea by throwing a metal cake pan on the beach with his wife in the early 1950's. It was originally called the Pluto Platter due to American's fascination with flying saucers and was sold at local fairs. In 1957 he sold the rights to the company WHAM-O who then changed the name to "Frisbee" due to local children calling it Frisbie after a well known pie.

"Planet X" was originally a term for a hypothetical TENTH planet, BEYOND Pluto. Also, Pluto is no longer considered a planet.
