Industrial-use ammonia mixtures are rarely stronger than 20-30% ammonia. Ammonia in a pure form is an extremely hazardous, toxic, and corrosive substance, and due to the dangers, liabilities, and non-existent home market, it is not available to the general public.
If you want to put regular "pure" ammonia on a mosquito bite, you might try using the unscented, clear, non-detergent type.
