Well, you could try telling the person that they aren't romantic enough, or you could do something yourself and surprise them so they get the idea with out getting their feelings hurt because they aren't romantic enough and it might bug you. Do something romantic and special for your partner instead. And if not, then you should maybe suggest it, or show them what it is to be romantic. (Writting a long, personal and meaningful love letter is a good idea)
