Two big factors to know which one will are:
- The OS (Operating system, for example Windows XP)
- The RAM (Random Accses Memory, Max any PC can acctaully Use is 4GB RAM, With that your PC should boot very nice and quick)
If you have a Windows XP with 4GB RAM I garuntee you it will boot very quickly, It would be a bit slower with Vista and possibly even more slower with Windows 7 However I've only tried the Beta of Windows 7 and that booted fine on the Virtual 500MB of RAM I gave it.
Anouther words this is my advice in lamens terms:
Buy a PC that has 3/4GB RAM and make sure it has Windows XP.
Then you will have a nice & quick boot up.
Hope this helped.

The Black and Red HP Laptop
Currently the Core i7 processor line is the fastest on the market, but very few laptop manufacturers will carry it, due to its heat consumption.
G Skill, A-Data and PNY all sell dual channel 400 DDR RAM, which is the fastest laptop RAM available.
HP 402018-001 AC Adapter will charge your computer pretty fast.
I believe that it would be the Razer Blade
One solution would be to install VNC on the Server and Workstation, connect laptop to the same network as the server and use VNC viewer to access the Server. This would only work if the Server actually boots, and would not allow you to see the bootup sequence.
Actually it always depends on price the features of a laptop, but I think that Alienware laptops are the fastest, and they are all suited for hardcore gaming. I would say that most of the Dell Inspiron models are only in the midclass in performance. To my knowing for 3000 bucks you can buy High-end Alienware laptop which will run anything you can throw a it. I will put an example link of an Alienware laptop, if you don't know how it looks.
At the time of this posting, a Nvidia Geforce 780M is the fastest GPU for a laptop, with many faster coming in the future.
Any laptop with a Core i7 processor will be very fast. In addition, solid state hard drives will make for a very fast computer.
