In the grand scheme of things these piercings both hurt the same ( I can't understand this "does it hurt" question, poking a hole in the human body always hurts regardless of where it is or what it is). These piercings are all deeper cartilage piercings which make them more difficult for the piercer to get at, meaning they are fussy cramp quarter piercings and thus a little more discomfort for the client but not so much more painful than any other piercing. Be sure you find and experienced professional body piercer (better than 3 years of experience actually piercing professionally),( who has a portfolio to show you of piercings "they actually have done" ). Make sure the aftercare makes sense to you, you shouldn't be forced to purchase aftercare products (this is a BS cash grab by many new studios). Do your research just like you are doing right now, interview your piercer and ask them about aftercare, healing times and what to do if you have issues BEFORE you get the piercing done. It has to make sense to you, if it does and you feel good about you choice then fly at it and have fun.
The tragus piercing has a smaller cartillage when pierced while the rook piercing has a bigger cartilage. So rook has to be the much more painful type of ear piercing.
im assuming your talking about your cartilage and rook, snug, or daith? dont know if one is safer than the other but id just go for the ones your want most
AnswerYou should get your rook pierced on the left ear.
Consider a Helix Crus / Daith piercing or you may want to consider an Antitragus piercing to compliment the rook piercing.
Don't really understand the question. If you're wondering if your rook is pierceable, you have to go to your piercer and ask.
It doesn't hurt. Unless it gets infected afterwards.
It could go anywhere. You could have an industrial, conch, tragus, lobe, helix, rook daith, or anti tragus piercing with a barbell in it. But I'd say that industrials are most known for their long barbells.
uh,, their ears???? your question answers itself,, if you're asking where can kids get pierced.. you name it and they can probably get it.. back of the neck, rook, nose, eyebrow, nipple, tongue, lip etc. etc.
i'd suggest rook or tragus..unless you're not opposed to having a second lobe piercing on each ear
I'm not sure about other areas, but in BC the legal age for any piercing without consent it 16 (excluding genitalia, nipples and surface piercings) However, there are many professional piercers that you can go to underage. I got my rook pierced when I was 14.
monopoly does.
Rook is more specific than bird :) -Apex-
