Lots of foods contain carbohydrate. Almost all of the common foods we eat contain carbohydrates. However, the amount of carbohydrates vary. Carbohydrates are in such foods as ice cream, cookies, bread, rolls, buns, pasta, rice, tacos, potato chips/crisps, Pizza, cakes, sweets, candy, cookies, biscuits, chocolate, cereals, all sodas, sugars, and foods containing corn syrup, etc.

Foods that do not contain carbohydrates would be butter, oil, shortening and other pure fat foods. Protein foods may have a small amount of carbohydrates.

The rest of the foods we eat are carbohydrates -- fruits, vegetables, grains and most plant foods. For information about the carbohydrates in fruit, a list of refined (processed) carbohydrates, and examples of low carbohydrate foods, see the related questions, further down this page, listed under Related Questions.
