I Have always had luck finding Folex at Lowes ( 32 oz for $5 or gallon size around $15), also available at Home Depot in a 36 oz (not sure of prices or if avail. in gallon size here)
I havn't checked recently, but I used to also find it at some Walmart stores around the Denver Metro area.

Use a fabric cleaner or a rug stain remover. Folex is a great all around spot remover. Do not use bleach because there could be other colors in the fabric. If that doesnt work call a rug or apolstry cleaner.
