I have a set on 20" Dayton's on my truck, inside the back of the center cap it should say DAYTON.
Car lovers can find center caps for their Chrome Rims even if they are old. You can search websites like Ebay or Craiglist to see if anyone is selling spare parts for center caps or reach out to a dealer and ask for help.
They are made by Exel Wheel Company and not by an auto manufacture.
they are made by the company exel it is an off brand although they are still nice rims just a little less expensive than the rest.
They are in the center of the hub cap to hide the lug nut, bolts. It may have a logo or be plain. You can buy replacements at your dealer.
The stock rims should be 16" rims that are 5.5" wide. They should appear to have 5 turbine (fan blade) type spokes on them. The center cap should have 6 holes for the lugs (bolts) that go into the hub of your truck.
They make the wheel look pretty. When your wheel is balanced it is attached to a balancing machine, a shaft sticks out of wheel balancing machine (where wheel is attached). The wheel is then installed onto balancing machine shaft via center of wheel (requiring removal of center cap).
**first remove present decal. You have to do this without scraping the center cap itself. **second buy plastic primer paint in a spray can. Take some painter's tape and tape the outside rim of the middle of the center cap. Paint the middle of the center cap. Wait 1 hour, paint again. **third buy paint special for plastic in a spray can (i think burgundy is the best color). Apply one coat. Wait for an hour and apply another coat. **FOUR BUY SOME CLEAR COAT PAINT IN A SPRAY CAN. FOLLOW THE SAME PROECDURE AS DESCRIBED IN THE THRID STEP. **four buy "something" to glue onto the center of the center cap. For example, i bought four of used cadillac shields that were less than three inches in diameter for $29 bucks. Super glued them on. And wow. What a difference.
