A 14b isnt a bra size. The kid sizes that are training bras are XS to XL. Once they get to normal bra sizes the cup sizes are AA,A,B,C,D,DD,etc and the bands go from 30 to 50.
30AA is smaller than 30A which contradicts most sizing. If the bustline measurement is the same as underbust plus 4" then the cup size is AA, if the bustline is 1" bigger it is an A, 2"=B, 3"=C 4"=D but 5" can be E or DD and so on.
Bras make pre teens feel mature and older wether they have breasts or not. An average pre teen starts wearing bras in grades 4, 5, or 6. Most girls startwith a cup size AA. But flat is normally AAA. The most popular breast size in these grades is A but theres always: AAA, AA, B, C that other girls may wear. Everyone grows at a different rate. If your are flat-chested and haven't started growing yet, a good bra for you would be a training bra. A training bra gives no support. It's just a piece of fabric in the shape of a bra. If you are active a sports bra is great for you. Also just if you walk alot or just an everyday bra, its perfect. Normally girls who are A wear sports bras or girls who are big for their age and don't want to be, use sports bras to flatten themselves out. Yes, sports bras do flatten you out but not completely! Just a little bit. Many girls wear this because their moms won't let them wear cup bras yet. Soft cup bras are similar to training bras but they do give support. They are just fabric. They are good for girls who aren't quite at the rate of wearing real cup bras and don't like sports bras.
The smallest cup size available is AA, as it means there is a 0 inch difference between the ribcage and the bust. Not all AAs are the same size though, as the cup size is relative to the band size. A 36AA is much larger than a 24AA, and a 36AA holds the same amount of breast tissue as a 34A, 32B, 30C, 28D, 26DD, and 24E, otherwise known as "sister sizes".People who truly fit in AA or A cups are very rare, and are called "unicorns" in the online bra fitting community. A large number of muscled men would be able to fit into DD cups. Plenty of non-muscled men as well, so you can see how AA and As are fairly rare.Important to note is the "AAA" cups you sometimes see make no logical sense, as it means a -1 difference between ribcage and bust. This size is spawned from people fitting ladies incorrectly (adding inches to the ribcage). If a retailer sells "AAA" cup bras, I would be extremely weary of letting their fitters near you with a measuring tape, as there is a very good chance they will put you in the wrong size bra.
AA is smaller than A because if you think about it, D is large so DD is extra large and A is small so AA is extra small! Are you talking about bras? Cause that is how i answered!
Measure your breasts and see how big they are , once you get into aa/A u should wear them :) I'm 14 and have 32 A cups , I started wearing padded bras when I was 13, if you don't have a cleavage you should just wear non wired bras or sports bras :)

There are AA bras, which is smaller than A. You could also look for 30AA, if 32 is too big.
