Problem is.....they discontinue models after a couple of years and they are no longer available. I needed a $5 part on a 4 year old game and nothing was available. Now I have a 300lb paper weight. Poor company support.

I have a Sportcraft air hockey table model #34090 and I was informed recently that parts are no longer available.

If you compare your electronics to similar tables they may work in yours. Your model may be discontinued, but the same parts exist under more recent table models. You'll have to do all the research because cust service reps do not know their own product line, interoperable parts, or anything electronic for that matter.

An additional option could include contacting an electronics repair shop that may be able to reproduce simple circuit boards. It is probably going to cost at least $100-200.00, but our table was 599.00.

Here is an electronics shop:

Oh, and I love Sportcraft's unresponsive email system, as I sent approx 50 or more emails to their cust support center with no response, then I asked several reps why the table parts would be discontinued for a table that is less than 5 years old? Their answer, "We produce new models every year, can we suggest a new table?"...thx for nothing Sportcraft....I will never buy another Sportcraft Product and I will tell as many people to not buy their cheaply made products.
