Angsty guys hang out in different places depending on where they are. The angsty guys in Brooklyn won't hang out in the same places as the angsty guys in a fishing village in England for instance.
They tend to go where they feel there's an element of danger.
It's a well known fact that 'bad boys' play with hearts and often don't have their priorities in check. I'd suggest instead of looking for a stereotypically mean person, why not look for a guy you get on with who'll treat you properly?
It should have a lot more to do with who that person is than whether they're 'bad' or not.

It's not productive or fair to label people as "bad boys." It's important to treat all individuals with respect regardless of their behavior.
