Where can you find penny pinchers in toontown?

There are many places to find them i'll list them for you :)

1. Toontown Central, in silly street sometimes.

2. Minnie's Melodyland, in both bartione boulevard and alto avenue.

3. Daisy Garden, in elm street sometimes.

4. Donald Docks, in seaweed street.

5. The Brrrgh, in sleet street sometimes.

6. Donald Dreamland, can be in pajama place but rare to find because they are the lowest level in this playground.

Note: Also in cashbot buildings too.

You can find them in/at A. Cashbot buildings (Hard to find in Toontown Central.) B. The Cashbot HQ (Look for the tunnel at Donald's Dreamland that says "CASHBOT HQ") or C. Anywhere on the streets in Toontown
