That is basically a Savage Model 94 as made for Sears. Stocks are widely available from internet sources.
I have a single shot 94h 20 gauge that my parents gave me in 1970, the stock and forarm are missing due to abuse and the bolt that holds the stock on is missing .I checked sources for the stock and for arm and you are looking at about 80-120 bucks if you can find them. value on the gun who knows , they cost about 50 bucks new from sears back then.
it just depends on what gauge and the stock and other stuff like that?

Yes the stock on a Winchester Model 12 16 gauge is the same as a 20 gauge. 16 gauge,20 gauge, and 28 gauge are all the same for the Winchester Model 12. Thanks, Tim

Should be a single-shot made by Savage/Stevens. We have new reproduction stocks. www.countrygunsmith.net
Sears mail order sold it. They were manufactured by Savage.
If you are speaking of the single or double barrel guns, you can change barrels. However, you should have a gunsmith look at the other barrel to make sure it fits properly, most of them need a little hand fitting.
