I've been told by my local pub manager here in Austin that Mangner's is not available in Texas. This is due to Texas Liquor Laws, and the alcohol content in Magner's. Apparently the alcohol content requires it to be shipped in a different container, which the distributors are not willing to do due to cost.
Many Beer and Wine stores carry it.

Magner's is not available for distribution in Atlanta. The closest states where it is available as of 6/09 are Tennessee and Florida.
