I think you're asking about replacing a rubber refill insert. Refill inserts are fairly difficult to find nowadays, so you may want to consider replacing the entire wiper blade. Refills are around $10, wiper blades (depending on quality) will be $13-$40 for the pair. If you live in the ice and snow belt, the extra precaution of replacing the whole wiper blade is worth the piece of mind since ice and snow really abuse wipers. Changing wiper blades is a 1-5 minute process and usually much easier than refills. The Toyota Corolla has hook-end wiper arms - see video below.
