I would suggest getting one at Office Depot or Walmart. Good choice I have had a five star zipper binder for three years. If take care of them they will last.

One can buy a DVD storage binder from Best Buy where there a number of such items available for prices between $5 and $40. They can also be bought from eBay and Amazon.
You can always buy a folder or a 3-ring binder. If you're gonna be holding small notes, I recommend you buy a jar or a basket. If you are not holding alot of notes, buy a pencil box to hold your notes.
