I'm having a hard time finding these bags too. I recently purchased a stainless steel trash can from Walmart and these 7.9" bags fit perfectly. Then Walmart stopped selling them. I sent an email to Brawny directly, and they said Walmart stopped purchasing these bags. Brawny offered to me directly... something like $100 for 20 boxes or something like that. Unbelievable.

I've always used Glad plastic trash bags in my house. They are the best you can buy. You can't beat Hefty. They make the best plastic trash bags around. Definitely go with them.
Many places sell trash compactor bags at retail prices. One place to look would be Amazon, which usually has the best prices on the internet. Another place to look would be the grocery store.
the best thing to do is forgive your cat if he/she is yours and you need to take care of it then buy new trash bags.
What difference does it make. You can't buy any anymore! Can't even find any on the internet.
1/1000 inch sorry this is so wrong!1 inch is 2.5 centimetres. 1cm=10mil. So.....1 inch is 25mm. 1mil = 1/25 0f an inch*sigh* a "mil" is NOT a "millimetre"! your statement "1cm=10mil." is absolutely incorrect! 1cm = 10 mma "mil" IS exactly one one-thousandth [1/1000] of an inch. this is commonly used to measure thickness. check your common, everyday, household trash bags. they'll say they're a "strong, X mils thick!" or some such, right on the box. the X is number of mils, which aren't as many as you might think!here, for example, are some thicknesses of a popular brand of household trash bag:13 gallon Tall Kitchen Bags: .90 mil30 gallon Trash Bags: 1.1 mil33 gallon Large Trash Bags: 1.1 mil39 gallon Lawn & Leaf Bags: 1.1 milas you can see, if 1 mil was equal 1/25th of an inch, plastic bags would be pretty thick. about as thick as a paper plate, if you think about it. there are approximately 25 of them, per inch. I'm referring to the typical thin, flat white paper plates that we buy for cheap at the dollar store, use once and throw away. and trash bags are nowhere near that thick!
You can find over 1,700 different shipping boxes at uline.com . They are very economical if you buy bulk.
Monster bags for Halloween should be available at Kmart or Target. If you want more options, please see the following: familyfun.go.com/crafts/trash-bag-tarantula-665445/
Yes. They are made of polytethylene and 100% recycled (usually used to make park benches and other imitation-wood products). This is the advantage of recycling plastic bags instead of buying biodegradable, as biodegradable bags can only be composted (non-recyclable).They can be recycled. However you would have to empty the trash they hold into the trash can for pick up, then throw the Hefty or Glad bag into your recycling bin. A better choices would be to buy trash bags that are 100% biodegradable. The biodegradable bags begin to break down in 90 days. Regular plastic garbage bags like Hefty or Glad take 1,000 years or more to start to break down.
