So what is the best way to lose weight fast for you and your family? Successful weight loss for the family starts at the dinning room table. The true tests of a happy family at meal time are empty plates, full stomachs, and big smiles yet for those of us who are cooking while on a diet, there is another factor to consider, namely weight loss or control.
