There are 8 bolts under the bed which must be removed, 4 in the front, 2 on each side. And 4 on the back, 2 in each side. They are 3/4 size and may be slightly difficult to get out as they have prolly never been removed. After those are out you will have to go to the back of the truck and find the harness that connects the tail lights. Unplug it, its a simple clip in plug. Now the bed can be lifted off the truck.
