You'll need to buy a few thousand tiny plastic caplets, crush the IR, fill the caplets with the powder, and then put the caplets in a capsule. In other words, you don't.
I was told by a boots assistant that the manufacturers of syndol said that the backlog of legislation was beginning to clear and it shouldn't be long now before syndol was back in the chemists.
buy some vitamin e caplets (u can usually find them at any drug store, grocery store...) break the caplets open and use the oil inside to rub over the areas of concern about 3 times a day. I believe they sell vitamin e oil, but I've always used the caplets along with cocoa butter.

Syndol is back already at most chemists. Boots, Lloyds Pharmacy, the Garden Pharmacy etc.
Caplets are an oval shaped, smooth medicine therefore easier to swallow and tamper-resistant compared to the tablets which are chalky and dryer to take. Caplets act faster too, to get into the system.
I was told by a Tesco pharmacist that Syndol should be back in production by the end of February..... I certainly hope so!!
I heard that the company that makes syndol has been taken over by the company who make lemsip and they are waiting for the licence to be renewed. Hope this helps Pharmacist

Hi, I dont know when you will be able to get it again, ive given up myself! But if the muscle relaxant in it called doxylamine helps, you can but that concentrated from anywhere, like amazon. It helps you sleep, and if i take it with some regular cocodomol it does the trick. I brought doxylamine for around 9 pounds from amazon, it is 25mg, where syndol had 6mg in each tablet, so you only have to take one. Good luck.
Paramol for tension headaches
Syndol contains codeine, which is a controlled substance due to its potential for misuse and addiction. In some countries, there may be stricter regulations on the sale of medications containing codeine, leading to limitations on availability. Additionally, supply chain issues or manufacturer limitations can also contribute to Syndol being difficult to find in chemists.
