The value of a 32-cent Bugs Bunny stamp depends on its condition, rarity, and demand among collectors. Generally, if it's unused and in good condition, it could be worth close to its face value, but collectors might pay more for rare varieties. To get an accurate valuation, it's best to consult a stamp catalog or a professional appraiser.
