The level is possible you must have beach ball form when you have passed the spikes that go up and down hop on the level wait till it gets to it's highest height jump and boom a secret tunnel!

Here's the same info phrased a different way:

At the right end of the section of ceiling with spikes which comes down, climb onto the ledge, then jump from there onto the top of the cliff. Sit at the top of the cliff until the spiked section goes down again, then jump left to find a secret cave in the spiked section.

All the rest of the eggs are in obvious places.
