The reason you aren't in a relationship is because no offence but you are desperate and you are trying to hard. Live your life, do good in school, work hard and you will find someone you will like very soon and then you should get your flirt on! Then one day AFTER you are friends for awhile if you still have feelings for him approach him unless he has already approached you.
