I believe Marijuana should be decrimnalized, that way it is still Illegal to Harvest. The advantages to "Pot" being decriminalized are you will no longer be able to be charged for possesion of Cannabis and/or Paraphernalia. The concept of Smoking Weed however would sill be frowned upon in a just Society.

depends on where you live. Most states will arrest you for any amount by law (although many cops will just take it away for small amounts) and other states have decriminalized it so you dont get arrested for amounts under 1 oz, but they still take it away.
