I believe Marijuana should be decrimnalized, that way it is still Illegal to Harvest. The advantages to "Pot" being decriminalized are you will no longer be able to be charged for possesion of Cannabis and/or Paraphernalia. The concept of Smoking Weed however would sill be frowned upon in a just Society.
Do you live in the US? Then yes. However several states have decriminalized marijuana. Several others allow it with a prescription from a doctor. Regardless, on a federal level it is very much illegal.

depends on where you live. Most states will arrest you for any amount by law (although many cops will just take it away for small amounts) and other states have decriminalized it so you dont get arrested for amounts under 1 oz, but they still take it away.

unless for medicinal purposes and you have prove of that it is 100% illegal dumb freakin question ^^ This guys answer sucks. It is decriminalized in some states to carry up to an ounce of weed with you. This means that if a state trooper catches you with over and ounce it is a felony, but under and ounce it is about a $100 ticket.
First, if you leave Washington you probably already violated your probation. Second, how can you be convicted in Oregon, if the act is decriminalized there
