When do you know if a shy guy likes you?

He will look at you, and perhaps smile a little. Then get nervous (hence a red face) and depart quickly.this guy also may try to look at you and turn away really quick when you are about to look.

A few signs that a shy guy likes you in high school is when his eyes "wander" and looks at you and you look at him and he instantly looks away is one sign. Another is knowing that i am kinda a "shy guy" Some guys tend to when their together in a class with the person he likes and he knows she is a straight A student he does not participate in class because he might not want to make himself look like a fool. But, when in another class when she's not there he may be like a teacher's pet answering all questions, sharing work, writing things up on the smart board so ask your/his friends to see what he's like in other classes. Lastly he only tells his closest friends who he trusts but sometimes they could spill it out so just ask around who he likes. And if it turns out he likes you and you like him tell his friend and it would lighten the guys shoulders to avoid COMPLETE embarrassment if he asks you out.
