The time can vary drastically. For some it may very well happen within the first 2 months. For others it may take up to 6 months or more. Breastfeeding typically delays the duration of when your first period starts after birth. However, if you don't breastfeed you could go without a period as long as someone who does breastfeed. It is all up to your own body.
