I don't wanna be that mean about this....but to me it means something about u makes him not like u a lot if u know what i mean..........obviously its just what it says he only likes u a little bit....now i dont know what the situation is so i cant tell why he doesn't liek u a lot but why not just ask him??

It could mean that she has some level of interest or attraction towards you, but it may not be very strong or definite. She might be open to getting to know you better or continuing to spend time together to see where things go.
