Well first of all, relax and take a deep breath before you go around them. Remember, they will like you more if you are realxed and happy around them, not stammering and stressed. Next, memorize a list of small talk topics to talk about when you run in to them and they start talking. Also, ask then questions about themselves, they will love to answer them. Finally, pay attention, if they say they watched their fave tv show last night, ask them the channel, say you might watch an episode, then mentio your fave tv show. Try not to be stuck up or rude, that will get you nowhere.
