When faced with a situation like this, if possible I will send someone separately for each at the same time. If not and I am by myself, I will provide the baby crib first for it is much quick and easy compared to cleaning the room which takes a fair amount of time. I will check the fastest task off the list first.
It's far quicker to source the baby crib - than clean a room. A room cleaning can wait ten minutes until you find a baby crib !
I would prioritize the request for the baby crib, as it is likely more urgent for the guest with an infant. I would quickly inform the housekeeping team about the cleaning request and ask them to handle it as soon as possible after fulfilling the crib request. This way, I can ensure both guests receive prompt service without compromising their needs.
Unless the guests were both talking to you at the same time one must have been first. I would deal with the first one first.

There are three times when this should occur. 1) when the guest asks for another glass. 2) when the guest asks for a different kind of wine. 3) when the glass the guest currently has is faulty in some way, ie. a crack, chip, smudge, ect.

First call a physician and secure the guest, making sure to keep them on their side to prevent choking. Once the guest is done being assessed clean up the room to assure maximum comfort for them to rest.
