i think it is the dark knight. it made over $1,000,000,000.
A layman's take: A simple way to think of it is that "gross" income is the total amount of money a product takes in, period. It doesn't take into account any related costs or expenses. Movie studios, record companies and game makers in particular love to point out what a title is "grossing" for promotional purposes. It sounds a whole lot better to say, "The (film/album/game) is grossing over $15 million a week in sales" (assuming that's an accurate statement), than to say, "Unless sales double starting this week, this turkey will never cover its expenses" (which could be an equally accurate statement!).

No. Saturday is the last day of the week. Friday is the last day of a normal working week, but not the actual week.
That depends on whether you count weeks by the first day of the week, the last day of the week, the first business day of the week or the last business day of the week. If you count by the first or last business day of the week, it depends also on your country, since every country has a different set of nationally observed holidays, which can cause business weeks to begin later or end earlier than they would otherwise. The months of 2015 with five Sundays each are March, May, August and November. The months with five Mondays each are March, June, August and November. I always thought the last week was the one fully enclosed in the month. Although I suppose it could be just explained as either the last full week or the last week of one month/ beginning of the next.....Example: The last full week of July or the last week of July-beginning of August. If it's always explained the confusion is avoided. Everyone has their own opinion of what the last week of the month is.
