well, pretty much anything green is allowed (lettuce, spinach, green beans, zucchini, cucumbers...etc) you can have a small amount of eggplant, and you should make sure you are not having any veggies that contain sugar such as carrots and pumpkin etc. just stick with green and you will be safe! good luck I love this diet!
