only eat 1900 cal? Women's average is 2000, so 1900 isn't exactly far off, if your trying to loose weight obviously reduce your cal intake gradually But aim for a bit less than that! I'd recommend just looking at the cal content of everything you eat & recording it. eat Little & often, fruit, light yogurts, light crisps, tuna with light mayo, mini-milk ice creams are also just 30cal! which are a nice snack! meals with lots of veg & good healthy stuff really!?

It shouldn't. Heat plays no part in the amount of calories or nutrients food has unless it causes a chemical reaction, so unless your cold food is cooked wrong, it shouldn't. Even if a chemical reaction did take place, the heat should only cause the food to lose calories if it has any effect on that number.
Most of the time the only way it will effect is if you add stuff to the food. Also if you fry the food or cook it in oil this will change the amount of calories that the food has.
Haha, no. It'll just make you want to eat more. The only way that you consume calories is if you consume food.
You can lose calories by eating only healthy foods, excersing about 3 hours a day and bein nice 2 ur friendseat food with less calories and eat healthier food, excersise:)
Not really. Only athletes should burn excessively high amounts of calories daily.
The majority of your calories shouldn't be empty calories. This means that the food you eat should contain vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C from fruit, protein from fish or fiber from vegetables. Try to avoid eating only processed foods, such as white bread and sugary snacks.
Yes they are - the only thing they give you are calories. No nutrition to them.
There is no thing that is strictly "Healthy Food" but at different ages we should only consume a certain amount of calories find out that number for your age then make an eating schedule for yourself, or you could consult a professional.
No. A 5th grader should have 1200 calories a day. You would probably die if you only had 700:)
Not necessarily; wet and dry food has nothing to do with a dog's weight. Just be sure that the dog isn't overweight and adjust daily calories accordingly.
Depending on your age, activity level, and current weight, most people have 150 to 250 "expendable" calories to waste on eating junk food. This includes not only cakes, pies, and candy bars (which usually have more than 250 calories) but also empty-calorie beverages such as soda, sweet tea, and fruit drinks.
