A healthy diet that includes lots of whole grains (Wholegrain bread, brown rice etc), lots of fresh fruit and veggies, lean protein like chicken or eggs for vegetarians (don't have yoke it has lots of fat) nuts and seeds and Low fat dairy.

Limit fats and sweets!

Make healthy snacks like fruit or Wholegrain crackers with low fat cheese, veggie sticks with hummus, fruit and nuts mix etc

And drink lots of water!
