The Thermo made of alluminum inside and metal outside. It is very common, so you can find this Item in Walmart or K-mart for about 10- 20 dollars. It has to be Insulated alluminum inside. Some of the thermos look alike ;but they are made with sort of fragile material ,that if your thermo hits the floor it will brake,shaterred. Trust me I have a coffe habbit and I used this type even for road trips and it last fresh and warmth for about 4 hours ;after that it will be fair and fresh but not as hot. When in doubt, always use stainless steel or tin disposable containers available in your supermarket. Metal is a conductor, so it transmits heat the best. Glass is also a conductor of heat, and will hold the heat better, but also weights quite a bit more, can easily break, and is generally cumbersome to deal with. If holding anything acidic, avoid anything aluminum or otherwise reactive as it will impart a metallic taste to your food, can lead to long term health risks, and will also deteriorate the container over time.
