Every woman's body is different so you can never know but from what i have researched on the internet and from what i have heard from all my friends who have been on Birth Control, Yaz, Avaine, and Orthocytricline all make most women who take it lose weight. I would recomment not taking Yaz though because it has been linked to causing Chrones disease and many other long term problems.
