Lets say your sisters name was Sarah. If you are making a hommade card then on the front page write in big letters "Happy Birthday Sarah!" (or whatever her name is). In the middle 2 pages, write "I hope your having a great birthday! I am so glad that I am your brother/sister!" And draw a picture of a cake or balloons. On the back page write "I love you so much and I hope you have an awesome birthday filled with great joy and happiness! Love, (whatever your name is)." On the other hand, if you are buying a card and writing a little something in it then put "I hope you have a very happy birthday, I love you very much!"

I love having you as a sister, and I love that you are always going to be older than me. Have a great birthday.
