"Being a dick" means to be rude, mean, or a jerk. It means acting in ways to deliberately offend or annoy others. If you say another person is being one, then you are likely being one as well.
Tell the person you were rude too to their face by apologizing and telling them it will not happen again.
well it depends, sometimes yes sometimes no but most of all yesactually it couldnt be rude to me unless u were being mean first. in my opinion u shouldn't even say stuff like that it could make the person feel sad.

I would say "You know what, okay? Just back off. I am sick of all this and if you still want to be friends, change your act." But don't say it in a rude way. Put it in your own words. And first, think about it. Is she/he really that mean to you? Do they know they are being rude? And most importantly... think about if you were the one being rude first? Could your meaness rubbed onto them???
It is not polite to say "No, You are disgusting." But if this person is rude then you do have a right to say it. If not, its not polite.
