This is a serious question and should not be taken lightly. Do not be concerned about what you should drink, but what needs to be done immediately is to make an appointment with a physician. You may or may not be pregnant, or you may have an ovulation problem. Also, many female athletes miss their menses (periods) too. Please take this advise to heart and make that appointment as soon as possible.
