Try talking to your parents or whoever gives out birthday presents to you guys. What worked for me was to write a formal letter to my parents about any issue I had, and it ussually got resolved. Try asking why they would do that to you, and normally when you talk things out with a person it helps...maybe even have your sister say a few words to your parents too...good luck;
