International Chocolate Day - Buy them a Prezzie and wrap it In chocolate. :)

Halloween - Put Prezzie in Halloween Trick Or Treat bag, Hide Lollies In Prezzie... Scare Ur Bff by putting Like A fake Spider On top Of Their Prezzie before you Wrap it...

Otherwise you could do colour themes! My BFF's Fave colour Is Pink, So Everything I got her was

pink! I got her Pinkies I got Her P!nk's CD, i got Her Pinky rings, I got her a Fluffy Pig Pillow, I Got Her Pink Nailpolish and Pink Makeup!
