I don't know for certain, but from what I've experienced every night for the past couple of days is that my amount of friends on-line is the highest at 9:51 exactly. Anytime after than and its below the peak. Just read a study that stated Facebook is busiest on weekdays with biggest spikes @ 11am, 3pm and 8pm. Weekdays at 3pm see the most interaction with Wednesday at 3pm the busiest time all week. There are also more users on at the beginning of the hour (the first 0-15 mins)
