I would say about 3 days or less because there are different time zones everywhere and he can go as fast as you can blink in his sleigh and faster! Also, it is believed that Santa has his 'own time' as in meaning that he goes to certain countries first to not miss their Christmas! This is an unanswerable question. First off, North American has several time zones. Second, we don't know how many other stops Santa is making along the way.
